Either I would stop midway…

The Turning Point

I focused on something very simple:

And slowly… things started changing.
My body became lighter.
My energy improved.
My mind became calmer.
And for the first time in a long time — I felt in control again.
What I Discovered

Especially after 30… 40… 50…
Because at this stage of life:

And responsibilities are higher
